Paul has worked in the Project Development industry for the past ten years and has experience across a wide range of project types and industries. Previously Paul worked in Corporate Finance with the ANZ Banking Group for 15 years where he managed a portfolio of mid to large sized Property clients. Paul effectively co-ordinates all aspects of each project managed by KDS.
Sheree is a qualified Mechanical Engineer and has been working in the Project Management industry for the last 10 years.
As the lead Project Manager of a specialised team in Melbourne at Downer Infrastructure, Sheree developed multi-disciplinary skills in building services and engineering infrastructure for mission critical facilities. Sheree brings knowledge and experience in whole-of-life asset management and an integrated approach to project management to ensure the best outcome for the project and importantly the Client.
Recently joining KDS, Sheree is passionate about ensuring the Client’s vision is achieved and projects are delivered successfully without surprises.
Amanda has over 20 years experience in Executive Administration across a broad range of industries including hospitality, childcare, economic development, banking & finance, business advisory, property development, town planning and project management. Amanda’s administrative expertise brings a high level of organisation and support to the Project Management team. Amanda continues to expand her project coordination skills and knowledge of property development.
