The business was founded by Paul Kelly (Director), a former Corporate Banker with one of Australia’s leading Banks who was fundamental in the successful funding of a number of renowned property developments across the FNQ Region.
Due to his expertise, he moved on to expand his career with one of Cairns leading property developers (HS Vision Group), where he successfully facilitated the development of iconic Cairns projects The Lakes Development: GRV $150M and the Cairns One Residences: GRV $180M as well as a range of other key commercial developments.
Paul is also a Property Developer in his own right having successfully completed a number of commercial projects in both Cairns and Townsville with his most recent achievement the design, development and construction of the Oaks Hotel located on the Esplanade in Cairns. This personal experience provides a unique skillset for understanding risk and return in this demanding sector.
Paul now assists other Property Developers as they pursue projects across a wide range of property sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Specialised sites, Residential, Hospitality, Retail and Land Subdivision. It is his vast experience and knowledge within the property industry which assists his clients to achieve optimum investment returns, asset growth and wealth creation.
Talia joined us after graduating from high school and over the last few years has successfully completed a Bachelor of Business whilst becoming our accomplished Project Assistant. Being born and raised in Cairns, with now years of construction and business knowledge, Talia brings a deep understanding of the Cairns region, as well as a strong passion for Property Development. Talia coordinates all aspects of project management, from initial planning stages, to the final phases of construction. She quickly grows strong relationships with all clients and developers to ensure that they are taken care of throughout the whole development process. Due to her passion and drive, Talia has established herself as a long-term asset to the team and provides a unique perspective to all projects.
